After the success of the candle lit ‘hygge’ yoga earlier this year, we’re doing it again this autumn. Sam will be easing you into Sunday evening using a combination of aroma’s, candle light, cosy warmth and restorative yoga practices to help you nourish your soul and leave your busy schedule behind.

Hygge (pronounced hue-gah) is a Danish word meaning to make the ordinary moments in life somehow special in their simplicity. Stripping away the complexity of all the ‘stuff’ we carry around every day. So come along and relish the warm inviting atmosphere and stretch out those aching limbs. Suitable for absolutely everybody.

Make sure you wear your woolly socks and bring your favourite cushion!
