We could all do with a little help sometimes so we’ve compiled a list of common problems you might encounter and how you can easily find your way round our site and booking system.

Can I drop in and pay per class?
Yes you can. If you’re not sure that you want to commit to a monthly subscription, choose the class from the schedule and book each session individually.

How do I join?
If you want to a come to a course or workshop, simply click Sign Up on the relevant web page. At this point you will be required to make an account with us and you’ll need to pay too so have your debit card handy. Fill out your details when prompted and you’ll receive email confirmation of your bookings in your inbox. If you want to come to weekly classes it’s more beneficial to opt for a Subscription – you can find out about that here.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you need to cancel your membership, you can do this at any time by emailing us on email@example.com or calling us on 01233 512151 and we’ll get that all arranged for you.

How do I pause my membership?
If you would like to pause your membership, you can do so at any time for a minimum of three months. There is no fee to pause your membership and you can pause it as many times as you wish. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01233 512151 and we’ll get that arranged for you.
How big are the classes?
Our BodyBalance© classes have space for 8 students. All other classes usually sit around 8-16 students. The biggest class of the week is the Sunday morning improvers class which holds 24 students.
