A wonderful opportunity for you to deepen your practice and learn in this warm and supportive environment. This hour and a half weekly class allows you to take your yoga journey forward as you find peace in the asana and depth to your pranayama.
This class is only suitable if you have a good understanding of yoga postures, the techniques used in yoga and have had a continual practice for at least two years. If you are not sure if you would be able to attend, please contact us for any advice we can give you. If you are a strong, fit and capable beginner this is not the class for you.

Meet the Teacher
Hannah has been dedicated to my own personal practice yoga for more than ten years and teaching for nearly six. Having completed teacher training programmes (including pre and postnatal yoga) with both The British School of Yoga and The Victor Foundation, she continue to do regular trainings and workshops.
Hannah says. “Yoga is my passion, my lifestyle, the part of my nature that I want to share with everyone I meet. I am constantly learning from my teachers and my own practice and this is borne out in my teaching style.”
What to Expect
Where are they held?
The intermediate yoga classes are held in the Dance Studio in the North School, Essella Road TN24 8AL. You can watch this short little video to help you locate the room.
Do I need to book?
Yes. All our classes must be booked and paid for before you attend. Booking is easy via our free app or on the home page of our website or the Book Now page in to the top menu.
The course, usually in 6 weeks, is £48 or £8 per class. If you prefer to drop in intermittently you will need to purchase a Freedom Pass and apply the class credits when you book your place. This will work out at £9 per class.
How long are the classes?
The intermediate classes are one and a half hours.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your general yoga equipment such as mat, straps, blanket, blocks and bricks. If you don’t own these items you can purchase them from our shop (via the app). Alternatively you may borrow items from Hannah until you have sourced your own.
