The notion of having loving kindness for all those around us can be quite a lofty aspiration, you may even consider it an impossible task not to be undertaken. How about developing more loving kindness towards ourselves? Sheesh! Now that’s a tall order.
Come and join in Jenny in this open, warm and friendly workshop looking at the relationship we have with ourselves and others and how perhaps we could find more friendliness in our hearts. Maybe even boundless friendliness.
Using mindfulness we can explore our own thoughts and feelings in such a way that we can cultivate more friendly feelings towards ourselves and others. We will have instructions, talks, practice time, discussion and of course, the all important tea break.
This workshop is ideal for you if:
- You want to explore your own thoughts and feelings
- You have a strained relationship with a co-worker, neighbour or family member
- People irritate you
- You would like to feel happier more of the time
