Whether you’re a complete beginner, have a little experience or even a good strong practice of your own, I’ll have something  to help you deepen or develop your own meditation practice.

We have weekly classes for beginners for the remainder of 2016 plus whole days where you can devote yourself to your practice if you have experienced meditation already or with another teacher.
