Sometimes finding the perfect gift, especially for Mother’s Day, can be difficult – most of us had much of what we need so finding a suitable treat for a special friend or relative takes some lateral thinking.
Our Wellbeing Day is often given as a gift idea, with pairs of friends joining in for a day of trying out some new activities. Set deep in the heart of Kent, in a beautiful retreat location, we’ll take you through taster sessions of yoga, tai chi and mindfulness. We’ll provide you with a healthy two course lunch and provide you with a gentle, supportive day of tranquility.
Finding gentle activities to do can be the ideal antidote to a busy schedule, or (speaking as an older lady myself) wanting to enjoy a day that has a leisurely pace and an undemanding itinerary all combine to make the perfect gift idea.
Offering a combination of reflective practices, plenty of guidance from an expert teacher and enough time to simply ‘be’, our Wellbeing Days make for a great and unusual day out.
