Whether this is a new problem or something you’ve been suffering with for some time, this workshop will help you to learn about the causes of sleep problems and how to make small changes to your sleep habits that will assist you to sleep longer and more restoratively.

This workshop will take place on 12th May 10am to 1pm at Tram Hatch Gardens in Charing Heath and costs £35. This a small, private retreat venue approximately 10 minutes drive from Charing village. You will be sent directions upon booking.
