A weekly mindfulness meditation class for beginners
Join Jenny each week in this informal class teaching you all about mindfulness meditation. You’ll be guided through the session helping you understand the benefits of mindfulness, how it can help you be more calm and peaceful plus tips on how to practice at home.
Each class will involve teaching, question and answer sessions plus practice time. There will be chairs to sit on and no special clothing is required. If you have a meditation cushion then you’re very welcome to bring it with you however you will not need pillows or anything to lie down on.

Do I need to book?
As with all our classes, you need to book in for these sessions. It helps us know who to expect plus allows us to notify you if the class is subject to changes.
Use the button on the right hand side to take you to the weekly schedule. Simply click on the week you’d like to attend. You will be required to create an account if you don’t already have one and pay for the class at the point of booking. We do not accept cash at the venue.
How much is it?
You can drop in any time for £7 per session or if you want to book for six weeks in advance it’s just £30.
