A weekly mindfulness meditation class for beginners
This weekly mindfulness meditation class is an informal session that you can come along to any time your schedule allows. It is a meditation class teaching you all about mindfulness meditation and rolls over each week. Each class is a stand alone session or you can continue to attend every week therefore gaining the benefits of deepening your practice. You can drop in for £7.50 or book for six weeks in advance and pay the reduced rate of £36. If you would prefer to complete a six week course with our principal teacher, then please click here.
You’ll be guided through the session helping you understand the benefits of mindfulness, how it can help you be more calm and peaceful plus tips on how to practice at home. Each class will involve teaching, question and answer sessions plus practice time. There will be chairs to sit on and no special clothing is required. If you have a meditation cushion then you’re very welcome to bring it with you however you will not need pillows or anything to lie down on.

Do I need to book?
As with all our classes, you need to book in for these sessions. It helps us know who to expect plus allows us to notify you if the class is subject to changes.
