Yoga Asana Workshop

SallyAnn Cranage, our Director of Studies, will be the main teacher in our Yoga Teacher Training programme. She will be taking you through this yoga asana workshop on a Saturday morning. Ideal for those who want to brush up on some basic principles of yoga practice, discover more about yoga asana and for those who are considering coming on the 200 hour yoga teacher training.

Workshop details

This workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those with a more established yoga practice. The style is hatha yoga which focuses on health, wellbeing and vitality in the body. The morning session will include, relaxation, meditation and breath work.

You will be taught as an individual to your own limitations with whatever health issues you may have. All classes are given in a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you will be encouraged to work at your own pace. Flexibility is not a requirement to do yoga.

About Your Teacher

SallyAnn is a senior yoga teacher and has been teaching for 17 years, running several weekly classes, around the South East Kent Area. She offers a variety of classes, workshops and retreats to suit all abilities. Her speciality is yoga asana alignment and breath work.

This yoga asana workshop will be held on Saturday 30th June 10am to 1pm at the Kennington WI Hall £30. NHS Staff £27 (please get in touch if this applies to you as discounts cannot be offered once a booking has been made)
