It takes time and patience to learn this ancient art and even can be a little frustrating at times!

Our beginners yoga classes are great for those with no experience of yoga as they gently settle you in with other like minded folk and explains things more fully than in a general mixed ability class. Our classes are not suitable for children under the age of 18 or if you are pregnant.

Weekly Yoga Classes

We have weekly classes in Hatha and Ashtanga styles, during evenings and weekends. You can pay per term or each time you come to class.

Tai Chi Courses

Tai chi will greatly enhance a more balanced mental state and at the same time increase your fitness, agility and balance. We have three tai chi courses of varying lengths for you to join.

Intermediate Yoga Classes

An hour and a half weekly class for those with an established yoga practice.
