If you’ve never taken part in a yoga class before, walking in to a roomful of experienced students can be a little daunting. That’s why we put on a special beginners yoga class especially to help you feel confident in the studio and get you used to some of the postures and the funny sounding names we often use in class.
Come along to our next yoga course especially designed for a small group of beginners.
During my beginners yoga course, you’ll learn basic poses, how to use different props like yoga straps and blocks plus really gain your confidence on the yoga mat. I can’t promise you’ll be a fully enlightened yogi by the end of the course but you’ll certainly know your way around a Triangle and a Downward Facing Dog.
The beginners courses are a wonderfully warm and friendly place with a small group of students so the teacher will have plenty of time to give you all the attention you need. The small number of spaces available on this course means Sam can personally help everyone given the differing skills, levels and capabilities that will come along.
