Residential Wellbeing Retreats for Beginners
During this retreat, you will have a taste of yoga, tai chi and mindfulness. Whether you’ve done a little of everything or never tried these disciplines before, Jennie will be able to guide you through from start to finish providing you with a easy to follow techniques leaving you feeling relaxed, invigorated and having learnt something new.
Aimed at the rigid and inflexible, you’ll be gently guided through 3 tai chi sessions showing you the principles of qi-gong. There are 5 yoga classes all set at a steady pace – perfect if you’ve never tried yoga before. Jennie will also help you to understand mindfulness meditation, what the benefits are and guidance on practicing by yourself. By the end of this two and a half day course, you’ll feel refreshed and invigorated with practical techniques on how you can continue your practice at home. All study materials will be delivered to you online.
