Enlivening summer workshop with a focus on bandha’s and backbends. Learn to understand and deepen your backbend practice, working safely with all body types and experiences.

A whole afternoon of yoga

Ideal for those with an exisiting yoga practice or for rusty returners to kick start a renewed interest in yoga. This three hour yoga workshop will give you all the tools and in-depth knowledge you need to help you along your yoga journey.

Having longer time together, a proper three hour yoga workshop gives us the opportunity to explore more breathing techniques, spend more time on poses, breaking them down and building up vinyasa’s. It also allows the muscles to warm up for greater effect and have a little longer than usual in relaxation/savasana. Always blissful. We can also explore poses more deeply and work in partners too.

What do I bring?

Please bring yoga mats and any equipment you already have. There will be some to borrow but would be very helpful if you could bring blankets or any yoga props you already have.

I'm a beginner, can I still come?

Beginners are very welcome, however if you’ve never done yoga before then this is probably not the best place to start. We recommend you try the Wednesday evening class first until you feel more settled.
