Three Hour Morning Yoga Workshops

We teach hatha yoga which is general yoga, or ‘yoga for all’ and our style focuses on health, wellbeing and vitality in the body. These morning sessions will include, relaxation, meditation and breath work and are definitely aimed at beginners or those wishing to teach beginners yoga.

You will be taught as an individual to your own limitations with whatever health issues you may have. All workshops are given in a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you will be encouraged to work at your own pace.

Remember flexibility is not a requirement to do yoga.

£30 for everyone, although those on the Liberty Unlimited membership receive a 50% discount, just £15. Please get in touch to make this booking.

Who is it for?

Ideal for hose with an existing yoga practice or for rusty returners to kick start a renewed interest in yoga. These three hour yoga workshops will give you all the tools and in-depth knowledge you need to help you along your yoga journey.

Having longer time together, a proper three hour yoga workshop gives us the opportunity to explore more breathing techniques, spend more time on poses, breaking them down and building up vinyasa’s. It also allows the muscles to warm up for greater effect and have a little longer than usual in relaxation/savasana. Always blissful. We can also explore poses more deeply and work in partners too.

SallyAnn's philosophy is that classes should be fun, challenging and relaxing. Her style is dynamic and intuitive incorporating strength, flexibility, breathing and relaxation all at the same time, improving all round well being and health.

What do I bring?

Please bring yoga mats and any equipment you already have. There will be some to borrow but would be very helpful if you could bring blankets or any yoga props you already have.

I'm a beginner, can I still come?

Beginners are very welcome, however if you’ve never done yoga before then this is probably not the best place to start. We recommend you try one of our beginners yoga classes first until you feel more settled.
